Francesca Russo Architect directed a small creative design firm for 30 years, providing architectural services with focus on buildings for the arts. Being well versed in detailing, sensitive to client needs and experienced in restoration and new construction, several projects were recognized with awards.

FRA was the restoration architect for the recent interior restoration of the Majestic Theatre. Prior to that, the firm provided architectural services for a number of historic theatres including the Jones (former Cort), Jacobs, Schoenfeld, Golden, Booth, Belasco, Winter Garden, St James, Hirschfeld (former Beck), Music Box and American Airlines Theatres. The shared goal of these projects was to develop restoration plans evocative of the original designs while facilitating contemporary production needs.

Ms. Russo is currently pursuing projects related to other avenues in the arts.
