After completing the restoration of the main lobby, FRA provided designs for the Grand Ballroom, a multi-function space. The restoration plan for the Beaux-Art room included decorative plaster and painting, lighting, drapery and carpet. The next phase will incorporate the details and palette of the Ballroom in adjacent support spaces, consisting of lounge, toilet rooms and coatrooms.
